The company began operating on what is now the Greycaine Industrial Estate in North Watford in 1926. The company took its name from its Directors, Frank Grey (real name Francis John Christian Gruneisen) and Gordon Ralph Hall.

I have a 12 book collection made by The Greycaine Book Manufacturing Co. Ltd which was left to me by my Grand Parents.
